Engineering & Construction

Overview

The engineering and construction industry has helped reduce environmental impact while meeting the growing demand for new infrastructure.

Sustainable best practices include:

  • Using eco-friendly materials
  • Using green building techniques
  • Recycling construction waste
  • Responsible sourcing of raw materials
  • Sustainable forestry practices to ensure a long-term supply of materials

These practices have minimized environmental impact, including reduced carbon emissions, waste reduction, and minimized water pollution.
